Product Schedule — HireWRX

Effective 2026-08-20. Version 1.2.0.

This Schedule is part of the Terms of Service between you and CompanyWRX, LLC and applies when you use HireWRX.

1. What HireWRX does

HireWRX helps an employer write a job posting, receive applications, conduct a structured first interview, and produce a written report for the hiring team.

How an applicant reaches an interview. Every application is read and scored automatically. The employer decides whether to send that applicant the screening questions the employer itself wrote. Where the applicant's answers meet the conditions the employer set, HireWRX offers them an interview automatically, so that a candidate is not left waiting on an inbox. Where an answer does not meet those conditions, no interview is offered and the application returns to the employer to decide. An employer may turn the automatic offer off for any role.

It is a tool used by the employer. It is not an employment agency, a recruiter, a consumer reporting agency, or a party to any hiring decision.

2. What the report contains

Each interview produces a written report containing an overall score, a recommendation, and a model-certainty figure, alongside the evidence the model drew them from. We say this plainly because a customer buying this product, and a candidate sitting the interview, are both entitled to know the number exists.

Every one of those figures is advisory. Nothing in the software acts on any of them.

3. HireWRX does not make hiring decisions — you do

The software contains no path by which an application can be declined automatically, and no setting that creates one. Ending a candidacy requires a person at your organisation, holding the permission to do so, to record a written reason. No threshold anywhere advances or declines a candidate.

You are solely responsible for every hiring decision you make, and Section 22.2(e) of the Terms applies to it.

4. Your obligations as an employer

  • Comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, privacy and messaging law in every jurisdiction you hire in — including Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and state and local equivalents.
  • Only add a candidate to HireWRX where you have a lawful basis to do so, and attest to the source when asked.
  • Never use the service to text a person who has not consented through the application page, and never import numbers from another source. Section 3 of the RevuNow Schedule describes the consent standard; it applies here too.
  • Provide every notice and disclosure your jurisdiction requires.
  • Do not use HireWRX to make decisions on protected characteristics, or to attempt to infer them.
  • Make a reasonable accommodation available to any candidate who needs one, and provide an alternative to an automated interview on request.

5. Automated employment decision tools — this is regulated

Assume HireWRX is in scope. Because the report contains an overall score and a recommendation (Section 2), and because applicants are screened and ranked, HireWRX is likely to meet the definition of an automated employment decision tool in the jurisdictions that regulate one — even though a person makes every decision. Removing the score would not reliably exempt you either: competency scoring and applicant ranking are arguably in scope on their own.

Several jurisdictions regulate these tools, including:

Meeting these is your responsibility as the employer. We provide the AI Transparency notice and the underlying records to help you do so. This table is informational, is not exhaustive, changes frequently, and is not legal advice.

New York City in particular. Local Law 144 requires the employer to have an independent bias audit of the tool completed within the past year, to publish a summary of it, and to notify candidates at least 10 business days in advance. CompanyWRX has not commissioned a bias audit of HireWRX. If you hire in New York City, you must either obtain one or not use HireWRX for those roles. We will say so plainly rather than let you discover it later.

6. HireWRX is not a background check

HireWRX is not a consumer reporting agency and its reports are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not use HireWRX output as, or in place of, a background check, credit check or reference check, and do not combine it with one in a way that would make us a consumer reporting agency.

7. Candidate content

Candidates own what they submit. By applying, a candidate grants you and us a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of that application. We do not use candidate content to train general-purpose AI models and we do not sell it. You will retain and delete candidate data in accordance with applicable law and your own retention policy.

8. Interview audio is transcribed and then discarded

HireWRX does not keep a recording of an interview. Audio is sent for transcription and dropped: it is never written to disk and never stored in a database. What is retained is the transcript and the report drawn from it.

That is a deliberate protection and it is stated to candidates on our AI Transparency page. It is also a limitation you should understand: if a candidate later disputes what they said, there is no recording to review — only the transcript.

You remain responsible for obtaining every consent the applicable jurisdiction requires before an interview is conducted or transcribed, including all-party consent in states that require it. Do not configure or request any separate recording of a HireWRX interview without obtaining those consents yourself; nothing in this Schedule authorises one.

9. The public job board

Jobs you create are private by default. Publishing one to the public job board at hirewrx.com/jobs is a per-job choice you make, and a confidential search is not something an undo button fixes — check before you publish.

What you publish, you are responsible for. A published listing must be a real, open role, must be accurate, and must comply with every law that applies to a job advertisement where you hire — including pay-transparency laws that require a salary range, and anti-discrimination rules on the wording of an advertisement. You grant us a licence to display and distribute the listing for as long as it is published, and you can unpublish it at any time.

Listings from other sources. The board also displays roles supplied by Adzuna, a third-party job-listing service. Those listings are not ours, we do not verify them, and applying to one takes you to Adzuna's redirect and away from HireWRX. They are shown under Adzuna's terms, unmodified and with attribution. We are not responsible for a third-party listing, the employer behind it, or what happens after you follow it — Section 13 of the Terms applies.

10. Fees and what a plan entitles you to

8.1 What you are buying. A HireWRX plan entitles you to a stated number of open roles at one time, not to a number of interviews. While a role is open, every applicant to it may be interviewed at no additional charge, subject to 8.2. Prices, the number of open roles on each plan, and the fair-use ceiling are on the HireWRX pricing page and in your order. Section 8 of the Terms governs billing.

8.2 Fair use. Each plan carries a monthly fair-use ceiling on interviews, stated on the pricing page. The ceiling exists so that unusually high volume on a single role does not make the service uneconomic to provide; it is not an allowance you are expected to ration. Interviews beyond the ceiling in a billing period are charged at the overage rate on the pricing page. We will show your usage in the product before that rate applies, and tell you the first time it does in any period.

8.3 Closing and reopening a role. Closing a role frees the slot for another. Reopening a role you closed uses a slot in the same way as opening a new one. We do not charge to close a role and we do not refund a partly used month when you do.

8.4 No setup fee. We do not charge a setup or onboarding fee. Accounts created before 19 August 2026 that were charged one are unaffected — it was charged and delivered under the terms in force at the time.
