What is CompanyWRX?
CompanyWRX helps people start, build, operate and scale companies — combining branding, websites, search visibility, marketing, software, automation, payments and operational consulting under one partner. The company contracts as CompanyWRX, LLC. Work is typically for owner-led companies, from a first idea through to around 500 people, across service businesses and the trades.
What we do
CompanyWRX works across eleven areas. Most companies need three or four of them at any given time, and working out which three is frequently the first piece of work.
- Brand — Name it, and make it look like it means it
- Web — A website that does a job, not a brochure
- Search & visibility — Be findable by people and by answer engines
- Reputation — Reviews that arrive because the work finished
- Marketing — Spend that can be traced to a job
- Software — Buy it, integrate it, automate it — or build it
- AI & automation — Automate the work that earned it, and only that
- Payments — Get paid without it becoming a job
- Operations — How the company actually runs
- People — Hire faster, onboard properly, keep what they learn
- Data & intelligence — Numbers you trust, produced the same way every time
Who we work with
Owner-led companies, mostly service businesses and the trades — home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, construction, property services and multi-location operators — plus professional services firms with the same operating problems.
People arrive at three different moments: starting a company and unsure what order to build it in; running one that works but is held together by people remembering things; or growing one whose systems will not survive the next stage. Typically owner-led companies from first idea to around 500 people.
Software we build
HireWRX, SyncWRX, CallWRX, RevuNow, ScanWRX, IndustryWRX, OPSwrx, Journeyman — built because the same operational problems kept appearing and there was nothing good to point at. Why we build software →
Most companies specialize in one piece of the problem. We look at the company.
How we operate
We do not arrive with a framework and look for somewhere to apply it.
Every competitor in this category sells a model. We sell judgment, so these are the judgments — written down, in advance, so you can decide whether you agree before you call anyone.
Build a team you trust. Trust the team you build.
Hiring capable people means little if leaders refuse to give them the authority to perform.
Responsibility requires authority.
Do not hold someone accountable for an outcome while withholding the authority to influence it.
Fix systems before blaming people.
Poor performance should trigger diagnosis before judgment. Most of the time the person is not the problem.
Behavior still matters.
Understanding why someone is struggling does not mean accepting indefinitely a behavior that damages the team.
Every door is open. Every issue still needs an owner.
Anyone should be able to raise a concern at any level. Open communication does not delete the chain of command — issues go to whoever has the authority to resolve them.
Meetings are tools, not traditions.
A meeting should exist because something needs synchronous human attention, not because the calendar says it is Tuesday.
Do not fix what is not broken just to prove you were there.
If something works well, leave it alone.
Follow the work.
You cannot diagnose a company from a conference room. Talk to the people doing the work and watch how the work actually happens.
Encourage builders. Govern what they build.
Employee innovation is an asset once there is ownership, security, documentation and continuity around it.
Our success is measured by your independence.
This should make a company stronger, not permanently dependent on us.
What we will not do
The most useful page on most websites is the one nobody writes.
We will not guarantee a search ranking.
Nobody controls the algorithm. Anyone guaranteeing a position is either buying ads and calling it SEO, or doing something that will cost you later.
We will not remove a truthful bad review.
It cannot be done legitimately, and the attempt puts your profile at risk. If the review is accurate, the fix is operational — and we will say so.
We will not build software you should buy.
Custom software is a permanent operating commitment. If nobody in your business will own it in five years, buying something that fits worse is the better answer.
We will not sell you leads you cannot convert.
Paying for traffic into a business that takes two days to call back is paying to disappoint people faster. Response time first.
We will not publish a client’s results without their consent.
Which is why there are no case studies on this site yet. Inventing them is the one thing a buyer finds out about on day one.
We will not make ourselves permanent.
Anything we build is handed over with the source, the infrastructure and the documentation. If we are still necessary when it is finished, it did not work.

Questions
Answered properly, including the awkward ones.
What does CompanyWRX do?
CompanyWRX helps people start, build, operate and scale companies. That covers branding and naming, websites, search visibility, reputation, marketing, software selection and development, automation, payments, operations consulting, hiring systems and business reporting — delivered by one partner rather than assembled from separate vendors.
Can CompanyWRX help me start a business?
Yes. Starting is mostly a sequencing problem: the name determines the domain, the domain determines the email and the search position, and payments depend on decisions made at setup. CompanyWRX builds the naming, brand, website, search presence, payments and operating setup in an order that does not leave you constrained later. Company formation and legal filings stay with an attorney and an accountant, and we will tell you where that line is.
Does CompanyWRX build websites?
Yes — design, development, hosting, DNS, analytics, performance and the search structure that goes with it. Sites are built to be fast and crawlable by default, and you own the code, the domain and the hosting account.
Does CompanyWRX build custom software?
Yes, and it is deliberately the last option considered rather than the first. Buying, configuring and integrating are each assessed honestly before building wins. When building is right, the software is built in usable stages and handed over with the source, the infrastructure and the documentation.
Can CompanyWRX improve my Google rankings?
We can do the work that improves rankings — technical structure, content, business profile management, citations and reviews — and report honestly on what moved. Nobody can guarantee a ranking position, because nobody controls the algorithm. Any firm that guarantees one is either buying ads and calling it SEO, or doing something that will cost you later.
What is AIO?
AIO, or AI optimization, is the practice of making a business understandable and citable by AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Perplexity. It depends on clear entity information, content that answers questions directly in crawlable text, and consistency of facts across every place the business appears. It overlaps heavily with good SEO.
What is GEO?
GEO, or generative engine optimization, is the same idea as AIO under a different name — optimizing to be cited in AI-generated answers rather than to rank in a list of links. Both terms are in circulation and neither describes a separate dial you can turn; the work is being clear, consistent and worth citing.
Can CompanyWRX manage my Google Business Profile?
Yes, along with Bing Places and Apple Business Connect. For most local businesses those three matter more to local visibility than the website does, and Apple Business Connect in particular is frequently unclaimed — which means a meaningful share of iPhone users are shown whatever Apple inferred about the business.
Can CompanyWRX replace multiple software systems?
Sometimes, and consolidation is a real answer. But it is the conclusion of a stack audit rather than the starting assumption — a substantial share of what companies believe is missing turns out to be a module they already own and never switched on, or capability they are paying for twice.
Can CompanyWRX integrate our existing software?
Yes. Integration work uses existing APIs where they are good enough and builds the connection where they are not, with deliberate failure handling and monitoring — because an integration that fails silently is worse than no integration at all.
Can CompanyWRX help automate my business?
Yes, and the work starts with simplification rather than automation. Automating an unnecessary step makes it permanent, so the process is followed end to end and the steps that exist only out of habit are removed first. What survives gets automated, with an exception path and monitoring.
Does CompanyWRX work with ServiceTitan?
Yes. SyncWRX, our integration layer, runs in production against live ServiceTitan tenants, alongside review platforms including Podium, plus fleet, marketing and communications systems.
Can CompanyWRX help improve operations?
Yes, and it is the center of what the firm does. The method is to establish how work actually moves — following real jobs through real systems with the people doing them — then remove what gets in the way, give every recurring outcome a named owner with real authority, and fix the measures. Obvious friction is fixed as it is found rather than saved for a report.
Can CompanyWRX help with recruiting?
Yes — sourcing, screening, structured first interviews and onboarding, through HireWRX or through systems you already run. The most common finding is that good candidates are lost to response speed rather than to pay.
Can CompanyWRX manage reviews?
Yes: monitoring, response workflows and automated review requests triggered by real completion data. What we will not do is remove truthful negative reviews, because nobody legitimately can. If the reviews are accurate, the fix is operational and we will say so.
Can CompanyWRX help businesses with multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location work has its own failure mode: the averaged number hides which site has the problem. Reporting, reputation and operations are all handled per location so the difference between sites is visible rather than smoothed away.
Does CompanyWRX provide ongoing support?
Yes, as a deliberate choice rather than a condition. Ongoing operational and technology support is available month to month, and it is never a requirement of having something built. Anything we build is handed over with the source, the infrastructure and the documentation, so you can leave.
What does CompanyWRX cost?
It depends on scope, and we will not publish a figure we cannot stand behind for your situation. What we will state is the shape: engagements are scoped and fixed rather than open-ended, a 90-day sprint is ninety days and does not roll automatically into the next thing, and the work is typically sized for owner-led companies of 25 to 500 people.
What makes CompanyWRX different from an agency or a consultant?
An agency sees marketing, a software vendor sees software, a consultant sees process, a recruiter sees people. Each is correct about their piece and none of them owns the interaction between them — which is where most company problems actually live. CompanyWRX works across the whole system, and is willing to tell you the problem is not the thing you asked about.
You don’t need another vendor. You need a company that understands the whole company.
Whether you are starting with an idea or scaling an established operation, CompanyWRX can help build the brand, technology, systems and operations behind the business.
Typically owner-led companies from first idea to around 500 people.
