Business performance & transformation
Build a company that works.
For the owner. For the customer. For the people doing the work.
A business performance and transformation company for owners who know their business can run better, but not exactly what is holding it back. Typically owner-led companies of 25 to 500 people, where decisions keep escalating to someone who no longer has time for them.
We start with the problems
We do not arrive with a framework and look for somewhere to apply it.
Most firms sell you their model before they have met your company. We start with the questions you are already asking yourself — and then go and find the answers with the people doing the work.
- 01What keeps you up at night?
- 02Where is growth getting stuck?
- 03Why does everything still reach you?
- 04Where are good employees struggling?
- 05Where is money being lost?
- 06Why do the same problems keep coming back?
- 07Which processes create work that nobody needs?
- 08What technology is helping — and what is making it worse?
The problem that brings us in is not always the problem we need to solve. Diagnosing that is our job, not yours.
The 90-day sprint
We start fixing things in week one.
The objective is not to study your business for three months and hand you a presentation. It is to make the business better immediately, while we learn what is really holding it back.
01
See it
How the company actually works, not how the org chart says it works. We talk to owners, managers and the people closest to the work, follow processes end to end, read the numbers, and sit in the meetings.
02
Fix it
We do not wait ninety days to start improving things. An approval nobody needs, a broken handoff, duplicate data entry, a report nobody reads — we fix those as we find them. Early wins are not a courtesy; they are how an organisation learns we are here to make the work better.
03
Build it
Once the obvious friction is gone, the deeper blockers become visible. That is when we build the operating structure that makes the improvement last — leadership, process, technology, or usually some combination.
The ecosystem
One operating partner, not six vendors.
You should not have to decide which kind of help you need before you call. We bring the right tool to the problem rather than forcing the problem into a tool we already sell.
OpsWRX
The adaptive business operating system.
Clarity, accountability, trust, real communication and measurable performance — without everyone sitting in the same meeting every week because a framework says so.
MoreCOOWRX
COO as a service.
Experienced operating leadership without hiring a full-time COO. Not another consultant telling you what to do — someone helping you do it.
MoreProcessWRX
Find the friction. Fix the work.
How work actually moves through the company: the duplicate effort, the broken handoffs, the approvals nobody needs, and the steps that exist because that is how it has always been done.
MoreAIWRX
Practical AI for real business problems.
Where AI creates real value and where it does not. Sometimes the answer is automation, sometimes the software you already own, sometimes a redesigned process — and sometimes it is to stop doing the work at all.
MoreIndustryWRX
Software built around how an industry actually works.
Purpose-built vertical software shaped by real operating environments — the workflows, the terminology and the realities of a specific industry, rather than a generic tool everyone bends around.
MoreIntelliWRX
Collective operating intelligence.
What is happening inside your company, how it compares with companies like yours, and what the better performers are doing differently. Benchmarking that explains why, not just that you are below average.
MoreWhat we believe
“Most people want to do a good job. When someone is not succeeding, the first question should not be what is wrong with this person — it should be what is preventing this person from succeeding.”
Sometimes it is training. Sometimes an unclear process. Sometimes they have responsibility without authority. Those are company problems, and they can be fixed.
And sometimes the system is not the problem. When expectations were clear, the training existed, the authority was given and the coaching happened, leadership has a responsibility to act. Empathy without accountability does not build a healthy company. Neither does accountability without understanding.
Build a team you trust. Trust the team you build.
Hiring capable people means little if leaders refuse to give them the authority to perform.
Responsibility requires authority.
Do not hold someone accountable for an outcome while withholding the authority to influence it.
Fix systems before blaming people.
Poor performance should trigger diagnosis before judgement. Most of the time the person is not the problem.
Behaviour still matters.
Understanding why someone is struggling does not mean accepting indefinitely a behaviour that damages the team.
Tell us what is not working.
Not a pitch and not a discovery call with a script. A conversation about what is actually happening in your business, and an honest answer about whether we are the right people to help.
