Reviews arrive because somebody asked. Automate the asking.

Almost every business with a review problem has an asking problem. The request has to go out while the customer still remembers you, and it cannot depend on a person having a good week.

How does review request automation work?

Review request automation connects to the system that records completed work — a field service platform, a CRM, a scheduling tool — and sends a review request automatically once a job is marked complete. That removes the two reasons asking fails: nobody remembers, and it happens too late. CompanyWRX implements this using RevuNow or the platform a business already owns.

What the work involves

  • Connect the request to the completion event in the system you already use, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
  • Get the timing right — soon enough that they remember you, not so soon it arrives before you have left.
  • Route unhappy customers to you first rather than straight to a public profile.
  • Handle the follow-up, because most reviews come from the second message rather than the first.
  • Report which crews, locations or job types generate reviews and which never do.

What you hold afterward

  • Review requests firing automatically from real completion data.
  • A feedback path that catches problems before they are public.
  • Reporting by crew, location and job type.

When this is the wrong thing to buy

Do not automate this before the service is consistent. An automated request is an amplifier — it will find every bad experience you have and publish it faster than you were finding out about it.

Questions

Review automation, in practice.

Is it against the rules to ask for reviews?

Asking is fine. Incentivizing, filtering out unhappy customers from asking at all, or writing them yourself is not, and platforms are good at detecting all three. We implement the version that is durable.

What systems can this connect to?

Field service platforms, CRMs and scheduling tools — including ServiceTitan. Where an integration does not exist, SyncWRX is frequently how the completion event gets from one system to another.

What about customers with no email?

Text outperforms email for this in most service businesses by a wide margin. Both are supported, and which to use is a per-business question answered by what you already hold about your customers.
