Software

Software built from real operational problems.

We are not a software company that also consults. We are an operating company that kept running into the same problems and eventually built something.

Every one of these started the same way: inside an engagement, with a problem that had no good answer on the market. Estimates nobody followed up. Applications sitting unread over a weekend. Two systems that would not talk, with a person in the middle re-typing between them.

So software is one of the tools we use — alongside buying it, configuring it, integrating it, or deciding the work should stop altogether. Most engagements never need any of it, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a license.

Before any of this

  • Can you buy it? Usually, and that is usually the right answer.
  • Can you configure what you already own? Frequently — and it is already paid for.
  • Is the gap between systems rather than inside one? Then integrate, do not replace.
  • Should the work stop entirely? Ask this one before all of the above.

What software does CompanyWRX build?

CompanyWRX builds HireWRX (recruiting and structured first interviews), SyncWRX (integration between business systems), RevuNow (review generation), ScanWRX (network discovery and documentation), CallWRX (AI call handling, in development), IndustryWRX (an operations platform in development) and OPSwrx (an early initiative connecting software, data and automation). Each exists because the same operational problem kept appearing across engagements and there was nothing good to point at.

Software is a conclusion.Not a starting point.

If you are weighing whether to buy, integrate, replace or build, the assessment is a faster way to find out which conversation you are actually in.

Typically owner-led companies from first idea to around 500 people.
