Case studies
There are none here yet, and that is deliberate.
We will not publish a client's numbers without their consent, and we will not publish a result their own systems cannot produce on request. Both of those take longer than writing something.
Most firms in this category solve the problem by writing a study, anonymizing it lightly, and attaching a percentage nobody can check. It works, right up until a prospect asks a specific question about it.
We would rather show you an empty page and tell you what the standard is. Two things have to be true before anything appears here: the client has agreed in writing to it being published, in the form it is published in — and every number in it can be produced from their systems if someone asks. An anonymized study still needs consent, because a competitor can identify a company from three details and the client may have reasons we do not know about.
An invented case study is the one lie a buyer finds out about on day one.
The standard
What a case study here will contain.
Published so you can hold us to it, and so you can use it to judge anyone else’s.
- 01ProblemWhat the company came to us about, in their words.
- 02Existing environmentThe systems, the team, the constraints, the history.
- 03DiagnosisWhat was actually wrong, which is frequently not what they asked about.
- 04StrategyWhat we decided to do, and what we deliberately left alone.
- 05ImplementationWhat was actually built or changed, and in what order.
- 06TechnologyWhat it was built with, and what was already there.
- 07ResultsOnly claims the client can produce from their own systems on request.
- 08LessonsIncluding what did not go to plan. A study without this is a brochure.
Categories they will be organized by
- Brand transformation
- Website transformation
- Search visibility
- Operational transformation
- Software integration
- Custom software
- Revenue recovery
- Reputation
- Automation
- Technology consolidation
In the meantime, the closest thing to evidence on this site is what we will refuse to do and why — how we think is the honest version of a credentials page.
Judge us on the conversation. It is the only evidence either of us has right now.
Answer thirteen questions about how your company runs and you will get a specific reading on each area. If it is useful, that tells you more than a case study would.
Typically owner-led companies from first idea to around 500 people.
