Product Schedule — FieldIQ

Effective 2026-08-20. Version 1.2.0.

This Schedule is part of the Terms of Service between you and CompanyWRX, LLC and applies when you use FieldIQ.

1. What FieldIQ does

FieldIQ is field service management software: customers and job sites, scheduling and dispatch, work orders, estimates and invoices, technician mobile access, and AI-assisted search and documentation.

2. Pricing is per technician

FieldIQ is licensed per technician. A technician licence is personal to an individual and may not be shared, rotated between people, or used by more than one person. You will maintain enough licences to cover everyone who actually uses the Service, and we may audit active users against licensed seats and invoice the difference.

3. Your customers' data

You will load information about your own customers, their premises, their equipment and their service history. Section 10.4 of the Terms applies to all of it — you must have the right to provide it and to have us process it, and you must give your customers any privacy notice your jurisdiction requires.

Where FieldIQ sends appointment, arrival or follow-up messages, the consent standard in Section 3 of the RevuNow Schedule applies to those messages too.

4. Technician location

Where you enable location features, FieldIQ processes technicians' device location during working hours.

Employee location tracking is regulated. Several states require written notice to, or consent from, an employee before their location is tracked, and some restrict tracking outside working hours. You are responsible for giving that notice and obtaining that consent, for configuring the feature so it does not track outside the hours you have disclosed, and for complying with any applicable collective agreement. Section 22.2(f) of the Terms applies.

5. Estimates, pricing and invoices

FieldIQ helps you produce estimates and invoices, including with AI assistance. Every figure FieldIQ produces is a draft for you to check. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you quote and charge, for applicable tax treatment, for licensing and permitting requirements, and for the contractual terms between you and your customer. We are not a party to your customer contracts and Section 22.2(e) of the Terms applies to your pricing decisions.

6. AI search and documentation

FieldIQ uses embeddings and language models to search your records and to draft job documentation. Output can be wrong or can surface the wrong record. Section 12 of the Terms applies. Verify before you rely on it, and particularly before you act on a safety-relevant instruction, an equipment specification, or a code requirement.

7. Photos and site records

Photographs taken at a job site may capture people, property and personal information. You are responsible for the lawfulness of capturing and storing them, including obtaining any consent required to photograph inside a private dwelling or to record a person.

8. Fees

Per-technician plan rates are on the FieldIQ pricing page. Section 8 of the Terms governs billing, including proration when you add technicians mid-period.
