Subprocessors

CompanyWRX, LLC uses the third parties below to help provide the Services. Each is bound by a written agreement requiring it to protect personal information and to process it only on our instructions.

AI subprocessors and your data
Our agreements with Anthropic and OpenAI are on terms that prohibit them from using data we send on your behalf to train their models. See Section 10.3 of the Terms of Service.
DoseWRX is the one place a subprocessor may receive health information about the person using the product, and only in one narrow case: if a user chooses to photograph a prescription label, that image is sent to Anthropic to be read into text and is not stored by us. It is off until the user turns it on, and it can be turned off again without losing anything else. See the DoseWRX Privacy Notice, section 4.
Changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice before adding a subprocessor that processes personal information within Customer Data, by email to accounts subscribed to this notice list and by updating this page. To subscribe, email privacy@companywrx.com.
If you reasonably object to a new subprocessor on data protection grounds within that 30 days, tell us at privacy@companywrx.com and we will work with you to find an alternative. If we cannot, you may terminate the affected subscription and receive a refund of prepaid, unused fees.
