How we work
Before we recommend anything.
- 01We listen.To the owner, and then to everyone else. The two accounts are rarely the same, and the gap between them is usually informative.
- 02We observe.Meetings, handoffs, decisions. What gets escalated and what does not.
- 03We follow the work.End to end, through the actual systems, with the people who do it. You cannot diagnose a company from a conference room.
- 04We look at the numbers.Financial and operational. Not to audit them — to find where they disagree with what people believe.
- 05We trace the pain to its cause.The problem that brought us in is not always the problem we need to solve.
