The adaptive business operating system.

OpsWRX

Clarity, accountability, trust, real communication and measurable performance — without everyone sitting in the same meeting every week because a framework says so.

Cadence should follow consequence and velocity.

You would want this when

The symptoms, not the sales pitch.

If none of these describe your business, this is not the part of the work you need — and we would rather tell you that now than three months in.

  • Decisions keep escalating to you that should not need you.
  • Everyone is busy and nobody can say whether the month went well.
  • You have tried an operating system before and the meetings outlived the value.

Most engagements use more than one of these, and which ones is something we work out together during the first ninety days — not something you have to decide before you call.

What the work is

What actually happens, and what you keep.

Engagements vary, and the shape below is the common one rather than a fixed package. The right-hand column is the part that outlasts us.

What we do

  • Map every recurring meeting against the consequence and velocity of the decisions it exists to make, then delete, merge or re-time the ones that fail the test.
  • Establish who owns which outcome — and confirm each owner actually holds the authority to influence it.
  • Define the small number of measures that answer whether the month went well, and fix where each one comes from.
  • Set the review rhythm per team rather than per calendar.

What you walk away holding

  • A written operating cadence: what meets, how often, who is in it, and which decision each one exists to make.
  • An ownership map — every recurring outcome with a named owner and the authority that goes with it.
  • A scorecard your leadership team can read in five minutes.

Start with the problem, not the product.

Tell us what is actually happening in the business. Working out which of these you need is our job.
